Food Spot | Toni & Sergio Venice Piazza

Pizza and pasta! Who doesn't love Italian food, I know I do! For our post-Christmas dinner, we decided to try out Toni & Sergio which located at Venice Piazza. I never really heard this place before but my sister says that their food is really good and she was right!

As soon as I walked in the door, the first thing I noticed is that they bake their pizza using a brick oven!

Not a lot of pizza restaurant uses this type of oven anymore. Plus it is hard to use this since it is prone to creating burnt pizzas. Modern ovens have timers and thermometer so they can be sure that the pizzas are not burnt.

See??? Perfect pizzaaassss!!!

We settled into a booth and the setting is very cozy. On the table, I noticed that there is a bell. I wondered what it is for? Turns out that you could call the wait staff by ringing the bell. No more raising hands with no one noticing until your hands got tired.

We decided to order pizza, pasta, and chicken. Birthday food! Tres Salsicia Pizza, Grilled Pollo, T&S Chicken Wings, Paella Dela Casa, and Penne Bolognese. For our drinks, we got a pitcher of Iced Tea.

I most especially love their pizza. I think it is because the cheese is so soft it almost melts in your mouth. For the chicken, I prefer the Grilled Pollo over the Chicken Wings.

Their service is good as the food is served fast and they can deliver our requests immediately. Their food is good and I would definitely visit them again for their pizza.
