Zomato together with Nestle Philippines invited Zomato Foodies for a Food Crawl at Seascape Village. The first stop is Blue Post Boiling Crabs & Shrimps.
You can read for the summarized version of the Seascape Village Food Crawl here.
I like the ambiance of the restaurant. It is clean and the decor made it look like you are in a seaport.
- CRABS IN SALTED EGG (Price would depend on the current price at the market selection)
- POMELO SALAD Php 195: My first time to taste pomelo in a salad. It is has a bit of a bitter taste but definitely refreshes your palate.
- 👍 BUTTERED CEREAL SHRIMP Php 573: Now this one is my favorite. They used cereal crumbs to coat the shrimps and to make it crispy and because of the crispiness of the shrimp, you could eat it whole without peeling the shell.
- BLUE POST BOIL CRABS ((Price would depend on the current price at the market selection): This is their signature dish. Of course, it would depend on which seafood you prefer which can also be shrimps and mussels. They used their signature Cajun sauce.
Tip: Make sure to order lots of rice. Some of the sauces are a bit salty so it would be perfect for plain rice.
