When you love ramen so much that you can't resist not trying out a new ramen restaurant/  Hakata Ton-ichi just recently opened at the Ayala North Exchange and I just can't wait to try it out.


Since it is right near the offices, you can easily have your lunch break there.  Although I advise that you be there earlier or later than the usual lunch break hours.  It can be packed since their place is not big.

One thing though, this restaurant is a bit expensive.  It cost me a total of about Php400 just for 2 dishes.

Here are what I ordered:

RED RAMEN: PHP 220.00

The Red Ramen is their version of spicy ramen.  A mild version of spicy because of the special spicy red oil that they put in the broth.  If you want super spicy just add additional red pepper powder or chili oil.  The noodles are cooked just right and the broth is flavorful.  I so love eating this type of food during rainy days where you feel warm because of the ramen.

CHEESE GYOZA: PHP 160.00

I can't resist not ordering Gyoza especially after I found out that they have a Cheese Gyoza.  I love how their Gyoza does not deflate and added with melted cheese just amazing!


Overall, I would probably come back again on may payday and maybe order Curry Tonkatsu next time.   Although a bit expensive but tastes great no less.
