Now for the second part of my review for the Henann Resort Alona Beach, Bohol is about none other than FOOD!!!

What I like about this whole deal is their package already includes breakfast and dinner.  You don't have to worry about   There are two places where you could go for your breakfast and that is Coral Cafe which is located in the main building and the Sea Breeze Beach Club which is located at the beachfront.  Since our room is located in the main building, we always go to Coral Cafe for breakfast.  As per the staff, the breakfast items are the same for both restaurants.  This restaurant opens as early as 5:30PM so if you are in a hurry because you want to catch the dolphins then I suggest you have an early start and have a quick breakfast at Coral Cafe.

They offer the usual breakfast that you would see in a hotel buffet.  Pancakes, yogurt, pieces of bread, bacon and many more.

For the Dinner, they only offer it at Sea Breeze and it starts at 6pm.  The restaurant is near the pool and beach which is perfect after a swim.

They offer a variety of food and different stations.  They have a pasta station, noodle station, and grill station.  I especially like the Filipino dessert station.  Turon!!!

The food taste is pretty normal.  Although there are some food items that have gone cold even though they are in a heated plate.  The selection of food is almost all the same every day so if you are staying for about 1 week or more, you might get bored with it.  Since we only stayed for 3 nights, it was okay.

What we were pretty excited about this stay in Henann Resort are the swimming pools.  There are about 3 swimming pools in the resort.  One is an infinity pool.  We mostly used the one near our room as it is easier for us to go back and forth.  Take note that all pools open at 8am but they close at different times.  Beach pool closes at 12mn while the 2 other pools close at 10pm.

Overall, I would give Hennan Resort a rating score of 3 out of 5.  Great package and amenities but could still improve with the policy and staff training.
